I really enjoy a good documentary. These are 5 that really opened my eyes to some of the problems that we have in America when it comes to the SAD or Standard American Diet. From fast food to drugs to calm us down (or wake us up, to processed foods that are horrible for us, these 5 documentaries are a great start to taking steps to a healthier lifestyle.
