Set your intention for the day
When getting out of bed in the morning don’t be tempted to look at your phone right away. Take a few minutes to be mindful of the day. We are all unsure what the future holds, but being thankful first think can really change the course of the day.
Eat clean
Reduce the processed food and sugar intake. Eating clean can make a difference in your mood and helps you to stay more balanced.
Walk Barefoot Outside
Take off your shoes and socks and walk barefoot in the grass. This is the ultimate way to get grounded.
Turn off the News
Especially now turn off the news. It is ok to be in the know, but too much negativity can really do a number on your mental state.
Sleep
Get 8 hours of sleep a night. Resting your brain is good for the soul.
